Effective September 7, 2026. Miles High Operations LLC operates HomeJobMatch.

Information we collect and use

Forms collect contact details, project information, service area, messages and consent choices. We record request references, submission time, referral and campaign information, and a hashed network identifier to limit abuse. Team and contractor portal sign-in use session cookies.

We use our business database to review requests, respond, manage applications and record consent. Hosting and database providers process information to operate the service. We do not currently send automated marketing or share homeowner requests with contractors. We will ask you to approve a named introduction before sharing.

Your choices

Request access, corrections, deletion or withdrawal of future contact through our contact form. We may verify your identity. Withdrawal does not undo prior authorized processing. The default retention target is 365 days for ordinary requests, with longer retention where needed for transactions, disputes or legal obligations. Retention reviews are manual during launch.

Security

The operations dashboard requires authentication. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not submit payment details or sensitive documents.
